Golang & Python Engineer

As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will: Develop new features, components, and modules to support organizational growth; Implement a robust set of services and APIs to power high-traffick SaaS platform; Participate in planning, analysis, and design of new software solutions; Investigate, troubleshoot, and remedy performance bottlenecks in the application flow; Learn new technologies and keep up with both traditional and emerging best practices; Works independently and collaborates with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications: 5+ years of production experience in software engineering and SaaS product development; Senior-level knowledge of Golang; Experience building data pipelines and ingesting source data into Databricks tables using PySpark; Proficiency with Python; Strong knowledge of relational databases (ex. PostgreSQL); Strong communication and listening skills; ability to communicate complex technical problems, root cause analysis, and propose solutions; Experience using AI developer tools (e.g., Codex), with an AI-forward mindset; At least Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 or higher); Experience with Agile methodology and software development; Self-starter with a strong sense of collaboration, teamwork, and accountability; Working knowledge of AWS and familiarity with its services (Kubernetes, Redis, SQS/SNS, etc.);
