We take the brief, run the process, and bring you a working shortlist in two to five business days. If a hire does not work out within the guarantee window, we replace them at no cost.
The retainer, the guarantee length, and the fee are conversation pieces, not fixed. We adjust them based on how mature your hiring process is and how committed both sides are to getting this right.
